Certified Operational Excellence
You hold a recognized, high-caliber industry credential; such as an ALX Africa certification, or have successfully graduated from an accredited global academy tailored to your professional discipline.
Availability for Full-Time Work
Minimum 40 hours per week. Our placements are long-term, retainer-based engagements — not short-term project gigs.
Reliable Internet & Equipment
Stable broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload/download) and a functioning laptop or desktop are non-negotiable.
English Proficiency
Strong written and spoken English is required, as our clients communicate primarily in English across all time zones. Additionally, fluency in secondary languages, such as French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Dutch, or Portuguese, is highly valued and considered a major asset for our international placements.
Overlap with Client Time Zones
You must be able to comfortably work during these time zones business hours: EST, MST, PST, CST, AST, GMT, GST — or have confirmed overlap of at least 4 hours per day.
Professional References
At least two verifiable professional references — from a past employer or client.
