TVA was built on the ground — from our Canadian-born and raised, Filipino founder who spent many years living amongst the locals in Tanzania, in Uganda, in Morocco — not in a boardroom amongst a group of corporate bureaucrats. That origin shapes everything about how we operate, who we hire, and why we exist.
