How do I know I’ll be getting a qualified professional?
Every TVA professional holds an ALX Africa certification and has passed our multi-stage vetting process — covering technical skills, communication, operational competency, and cultural alignment. Before your engagement begins, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your matched professional during onboarding so you can fully understand the scope of work and feel confident in who you’re working with from day one.
What if the placement isn’t the right fit?
We’ll fix it, at no extra cost to you. TVA goes through a rigorous matching process to get it right the first time. But if for any reason it isn’t working out, we’ll rematch you with a more suitable professional. No stress, no searching, no additional fees. You’re not on your own — that’s the point of working with a boutique agency.
Will the time zone be an issue?
Not at all. TVA professionals are experienced working across international time zones and fully equipped to operate within your business hours. During the matching process we ensure your professional is aligned to your time zone so communication, deadlines, and availability are never a barrier.
How does billing work?
TVA operates on a month-to-month retainer with 30 days written notice to cancel. Payment is processed securely through our digital billing system prior to the start of each engagement period. No long-term contracts. No lock-in. Should you need to adjust your package at any time, your new tier takes effect the following month so you always get the best value for your investment. All billing terms are outlined in full within your service agreement prior to commencement of services.
How quickly can I get started?
From onboarding to placement, TVA allows up to 10 business days to match you with the right professional. We move with purpose — not speed for its own sake — because the right match matters more than a fast one. Once matched, your professional is onboarded, briefed, and ready to contribute from day one.
